An alleged fentanyl dealer is behind bars after being busted during a "buy" by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. Bernard Diggs, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Tuesday, Dec. 17, in the area of South Cherry Street on the south side of Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the task force, agents focused on Diggs after receiving tips and began buying drugs from him. Richard Fernandez, age 40, was arrested on Wednesday, Nov. 20, following a five-month investigation by the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. A 33-year-old Connecticut man accused of selling controlled substances and fleeing from officers was jailed in the Hudson Valley after being apprehended on multiple outstanding warrants, police said. Collins, age 32, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Oct. 31, by the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt.
