Emergency crews staged a dramatic rescue in Sullivan County at Mohican Lake after a man was found half-submerged in icy waters and a woman stranded nearby. The rescue occurred around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in Glen Spey. A man was shot and killed after state police say he stabbed a person inside a home in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the town of Pleasant Valley.
