1 Critically Injured In Crash Near Long Island Office Park
One person suffered severe injuries in a crash near an office park on Long Island. It happened around 7:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, in Lake Ronkonkoma. A 46-year-old man was walking southbound in front of 622 Hawkins Ave. when he was struck by a southbound 2016 Subaru Outback, according to Suffolk County Police. The pedestrian, a Lake Ronkonkoma resident, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of critical injuries. 47-Year-Old Critically Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash Involving Amazon Van In Roslyn
One person suffered critical injuries in a three-vehicle crash involving an Amazon vehicle on a busy Long Island roadway. It happened around 3:30 p.m. Friday, May 24 in Roslyn. Two men, both age 47, were operating a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a blue Yamaha motorcycle when they collided with an Amazon van operated by a woman in front of 1600 Northern Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers observed the operator of the Harley-Davidson bleeding heavily from a severe injury to his arm and leg, according to Nassau County Police.
