A Long Island man who was previously accused of exposing himself to a young girl is now charged with possessing child pornography. Jhonatan Fuentes, age 29, of East Meadow, was arrested Friday, Oct. 11, after an investigation revealed he was in possession of child pornography, Nassau County Police said. He was charged with ten counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16 and was released with an appearance ticket to Nassau County Court. An alleged porch pirate is accused of nearly a dozen larcenies on Long Island. Police apprehended the man in connection to four larcenies that occurred on September 10, in the village Garden City. According to detectives, Old Westbury Police observed a 2023 Toyota Prius traveling northbound on Red Ground Road with a cracked windshield. A Long Island man angered over an impending breakup shot his girlfriend to death inside her penthouse apartment, a jury found. Mark Small, age 57, of Elmont, was found guilty of murder and related charges in Nassau County Court on Thursday, Sept. 26, in the death of 39-year-old Marivel Estevez. Prosecutors said Small entered Estevez’s penthouse apartment at the Allure Mineola apartment complex on Old Country Road sometime overnight on July 28, 2022. Long Islanders will soon have one less option when it comes to buying groceries. Supermarket chain King Kullen is set to close its Levittown store after 30 years in business, an employee confirmed to Daily Voice. The store will close for good at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3. The incident happened on Sunrise Highway in Massapequa on Friday, Sept. 20. A man is accused of exposing himself to a girl at a Long Island park. Nassau County Police were called about a man committing a lewd act at West Hempstead’s Halls Pond Park, located on Nassau Boulevard, at around 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21.
