Bicyclist Killed Slamming Into Parked Tractor-Trailer ID'd: Nassau County Police The 51-year-old bicyclist who died after striking a parked tractor-trailer in Syosset has been identified, Nassau County police announced Monday, Jan. 21. Chalermchai Losirisup, of Great Neck, was riding eastbound on the Long Island Expressway’s South Service Road, also known as South Marginal Road, when he collided with the legally parked truck near exits 43 and 44 on Saturday, Jan. 18 at 9 a.m., authorities said. The Salem County Correctional Facility released the mugshot of 43-year-old Sean Higgins to Newsweek. Higgins was charged with two counts of death by auto in the Thursday, Aug. 29 crash that killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Johnny, 31, played for the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Calgary Flames.
