A Long Island woman has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.  Betty Falk, age 66, was last seen leaving her Hewlett home in her 2023 black Mercedes-Benz around 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 7. She is described as being vulnerable. Police say she's 5-foot-4, 110 pounds with long black hair. Her destination is unknown. A white box truck was traveling southbound on William Floyd Parkway in Shirley, near Flower Hill Drive, when it struck a 2015 Kia Optima at 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26.  The driver of the box truck fled the scene.
