New Nassau County Eatery Cited For 'Absolutely Delicious' Fare, 'Insane' Drinks

A new Long Island restaurant serving up innovative brunch dishes is hitting all the right marks just weeks into business.

Franklin & Phoebe Brunchery – located in Franklin Square at 11 Franklin Avenue – held its grand opening on Monday, Oct. 7.

The eatery’s menu boasts a number of delectable dishes to help break your fast, like stuffed French toast, whiskey barrel apple pancakes, eggs benedict, and raspberry fig baked brie.

Diners can also choose from an array of yogurt bowls, omelettes, flatbreads, and salads.

Since opening its doors, Franklin & Phoebe has garnered a 5 out of 5 stars on Yelp, where customer favorites include the French Bohemian flatbread with grilled steak and orange jam, and the honey pecan toast.

“The food was absolutely delicious!,” Karrie V., of Brookhaven, wrote on Yelp. “The Cherry Berry Bliss drink was insane.”

Anthony Desio, of Franklin Square, was equally impressed, praising the mandarin orange soy wings, and the Mega Monte – made with roasted pork, raspberry jam, swiss cheese, and ricotta.

“Great meal at the new Franklin & Phoebe Brunchery!” he wrote on the Long Island Restaurant Group Facebook page. "Definitely going back!”
