LI Dealer Busted With Enough Fentanyl To Kill 115K People Gets Decade In Prison A prior felon from Long Island will spend a decade behind bars after he was caught with enough fentanyl to kill tens of thousands of people. Joshua Oltchick, age 26, of West Babylon, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in Suffolk County Court on Tuesday, Nov. 5, after pleading guilty to drug possession and related charges. Prosecutors said Suffolk County Police officers found Oltchick slumped over behind the steering wheel of his parked car in West Babylon, near 7th Avenue and 15th Street, on Sept. 16, 2023.
