2 Fire Company Life Members Killed In Route 55 Crash In Dutchess County A longtime Dutchess County volunteer fire couple is being remembered after they were killed in a tragic crash over the weekend.  Edna and Dave Hildebrandt, both life members of the Wiccopee Fire Company in Hopewell Junction, died Saturday morning, Dec. 20, in an automobile accident on Route 55 at Page Park Drive in the Town of Poughkeepsie, the fire company said in a statement released Monday, Dec. 22.
