Blaze Destroys Mail Truck In Dutchess County: Now Under Investigation A US Postal Service truck caught fire in Dutchess County on Tuesday afternoon, May 27, but luckily, firefighters were able to stop any mail from being damaged. The blaze happened at around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, when a mail truck caught fire at the intersection of Camby Road and Old Camby Road in Union Valew, according to the town's fire department.  When crews arrived, they found an active fire in the engine compartment of the USPS vehicle, which had begun to extend into the passenger area.
