Two workers were rushed to a trauma center after suffering serious injuries in an ATV crash at a water supply facility in Putnam County. The crash happened around 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, on Belden Road near the New York City Watershed property in Carmel, the Carmel Fire Department said on Sunday, Aug. 24. Two people had to cross a ladder over fast-moving water to get to safety after their cars crashed and overturned next to a stream during heavy rain in Northern Westchester.
