Woman Hits Construction Flagger With Car, Drives Away In Dutchess County: Police A woman was arrested after allegedly striking a construction flagger with her vehicle in Dutchess County and driving away, authorities said.  The incident happened just after 9 a.m. in Beacon on Route 9D on Wednesday, Sept. 3, according to New York State Police.  Troopers said a flagger was directing traffic in a construction zone when a driver bypassed two cars stopped at a temporary traffic signal. Stony Point Man Arrested At Holiday Parade For Throwing A Fit, Resisting Arrest: Police A Stony Point man was charged with alleged disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after he threw a fit because he could not reach his home due to a holiday parade. Cameron Truesdale, age 41, was arrested on Friday, Dec. 6, at 7:30 p.m. by Stony Point Police while they were conducting traffic control for the parade. According to Lt.
