On Wednesday, Sept. 17, Officer Gregory Bulick was on patrol in Saddle River when a white SUV sped past him while driving recklessly, the department said in a press release.  Bulick attempted a traffic stop, but police said the driver, later identified as Kaitlyn Slicker-Abulteen, of Warwick, NY, accelerated even more after he activated his emergency lights and sirens. Ruben Fernandez-Urena, 34, of Yonkers, was arrested early Sunday, July 27, following a traffic stop on I-87 near Exit 9 in Tarrytown, according to New York State Police. During the stop, Fernandez-Urena appeared intoxicated and failed multiple field sobriety tests, police said.
