Maya McIntosh, 33, pleaded guilty to conspiracies to manufacture and distribute a controlled substance and related charges in Albany federal court on Tuesday, March 18. She admitted that from January 2023 to July 2024, she manufactured and distributed MDMB-4en-PINACA, a powerful synthetic cannabinoid, and conspired with others to smuggle it into prisons.
