That’s what happened to a 21-year-old Connecticut man who filmed himself speeding throughout the state, sometimes hitting speeds of 190 mph, authorities said.  Brice Bennett, of Bloomfield, was arrested Tuesday, April 8, and charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, and reckless endangerment, Connecticut State Police said.
