Large Fight Leads To Shooting At Public Housing Complex In Dutchess, 1 Hospitalized A 50-year-old woman was shot during a large fight in Dutchess County, prompting a heavy police response, authorities said.  The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. on Friday, March 21 near the Thurgood Marshall Terrace public housing complex at 109 Delafield St., where authorities received reports of a disturbance and gunfire, the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department announced on Sunday, March 23.  When officers and detectives arrived on the scene, they found the woman suffering from a gunshot wound to her leg or foot. Dutchess County resident Victor Smith, age 66, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 26 at his Poughkeepsie home. According to Det. Sgt.
