Pardoned Jan. 6 Rioter From Dutchess Made Alleged Threat To Kill Hakeem Jeffries (Update)
A Dutchess County man pardoned earlier this year by President Donald Trump has been charged with making death threats against US House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, according to New York State Police and court documents.
Christopher P. Moynihan, age 34, of Clinton, was charged with making a terroristic threat, a Class D felony, after allegedly sending text messages on Friday, Oct. 17, threatening to kill the New York congressman, according to a felony complaint.

Gallup’s latest poll, conducted from Monday, July 7 to Monday, July 21 and surveying 1,015 US adults, ranked 14 well-known US and international figures.
