Car Crashes Into Home In NY After Driver Loses Control A Rockland County home was struck by a vehicle in a dramatic crash Tuesday night, Aug. 26. The incident happened on Hazel Court in Hillcrest, when a vehicle lost control and slammed into a residence, according to a report by The Monsey Scoop.  Emergency responders from Spring Hill EMS, the Hillcrest Fire Department, Ramapo Police, and Rockland Paramedics rushed to the scene. Despite the serious nature of the crash, only minor injuries were reported, The Monsey Scoop reported. More information about the crash was not immediately available.

Hudson Valley Siblings, 8 And 3, Have Been Missing For Days Authorities in New York are asking for the public’s help in locating two young siblings who have been missing for days. Rockland County residents Mia Rea, 3, and her brother Franklin Sagnay, 8, both of Hillcrest, were last seen together with their non-custodial mother Miryam Aucancela on Sunday, Jan. 19. All three are believed to be in the Hillcrest area, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. No other information was given. 4 Nabbed For DWI On Midnight Shift In Hudson Valley Town Police in a Hudson Valley town were busy on the midnight shift, making four arrests for alleged driving while intoxicated. The arrests occurred in Rockland County in Ramapo on Saturday, June 22. According to the department, the following were nabbed during the shift and charged with DWI: Michael Edison Quishpe-Chugchilan, age 19, of Hillcrest, was found asleep at the wheel at an intersection and was determined to be intoxicated.  Geisel Manuel Tut Xal, age 20, of Chestnut Ridge, was involved in a single-car accident where a vehicle hit a tree.
