The 18-year-old Kendric Curtis fired two rounds from a stolen handgun into an unmarked SUV carrying undercover ATF, FBI, and local task force officers on Waugaman Street at the Linmar Terrace apartment complex, DA Bible said. High School Senior In Northern Westchester Killed In Crash Days Before Graduation A high school senior from Northern Westchester has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash that happened just two days before graduation. The single-vehicle incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 18 in Bedford Hills on Route 117 (Bedford Road), near Edna Street, between Valerio Court and Green Lane.
