Saratoga County resident Shane Daley, 40, of Galway, was arrested Wednesday, Aug. 13, and charged with cyberstalking, the US Attorney’s Office said. Drugged Driver Can Barely Keep Eyes Open For Mugshot After Causing Area Crash: Cops A woman is facing DWI charges following a single-vehicle crash in the Capital Region. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a wreck on State Route 29 in Galway for a wreck just before 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14. An investigation found that the driver, 67-year-old Roseanne Gutto, of Galway, was impaired by drugs when she went off the roadway and struck a mailbox, police said. Gutto, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while ability impaired. She was released on an appearance ticket for further proceedings in the Galway Town Court.

Man Found Sleeping In Stolen Car At Gas Station In Region, Police Say A man is facing charges after he was allegedly found sleeping in a stolen car at a Capital Region gas station. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 7-Eleven on Route 50 in Wilton for a welfare check at around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18. Deputies arrived to find Joseph Plummer, 35, of Galway, asleep in a vehicle at a gas pump, the agency said. He had been sleeping in the car, which had been reported stolen out of Massachusetts, for several hours, according to police. Plummer was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, a felony. He was released on an appearance…
