Funeral arrangements have been announced for three Northern York County Regional Police Department detectives killed in the line of duty during a Sept. 17 ambush in North Codorus Township. A 55-year-old Millville man and his 17-year-old son were charged on Monday, April 21, after killing a father and assaulting his teen daughter over the weekend, authorities said. On Saturday, April 19, Gus Serbeck's daughter was assaulted by the 17-year-old, referred to as J.H. at the teen's Leamings Mill residence in Millville, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said.
