A man who sent his victim a Facebook message saying “So I raped you” was sentenced on Monday, Oct. 20, nearly 12 years after the assault at Gettysburg College. A man who evaded capture for nearly two decades after raping a child in Westchester County has admitted to the crime, prosecutors announced. On Monday, Sept. 22, 53-year-old Galo Herrera pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, Westchester County District Attorney Susan Cacace announced on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
