NY Health Aide Caught On Camera Slapping Disabled 5-Year-Old, DA Says A Long Island home health aide was indicted after prosecutors alleged he was caught on camera repeatedly slapping and mistreating a five-year-old child with disabilities. Bruno Valenzuela, 34, of Brentwood, pleaded not guilty to endangering an incompetent person and acting in a manner injurious to a child in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Feb. 5.
