The fatal shooting of an Aliquippa High School senior by a federal agent has been ruled justified, Beaver County District Attorney Nate Bible announced during a press conference on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
The 18-year-old Kendric Curtis fired two rounds from a stolen handgun into an unmarked SUV carrying undercover ATF, FBI, and local task force officers on Waugaman Street at the Linmar Terrace apartment complex, DA Bible said. An ATF agent returned fire once, striking Curtis in the head.

A 17-year-old girl from New Jersey and a 16-year-old girl were both shot during NYC Pride weekend in Greenwich Village — one struck in the legs, the other in the head, police said.
The shooting happened Sunday, June 29, around 10:15 p.m., following the Pride march, outside 3 Sheridan Square near the Stonewall Inn, after a fight broke out in the area, authorities said.
