ID Released Of 22-Year-Old Man Shot Dead While Sitting In Car In NY: Police (Update) This story has been updated.  Police have released the name of a 22-year-old man fatally shot while sitting in a car in Rockland County. In an update on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 10, Haverstraw Police said Muhssia King, of Haverstraw, was killed around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, while seated in the driver’s seat of a vehicle on Clove Avenue.  According to investigators, one or more suspects approached the car and fired multiple rounds, striking King several times.
