Albany County resident Allene Wells, of Bethlehem, was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 25, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Wells was wearing a green windbreaker, black sweatpants, black and white shoes, and carrying a black tote bag. She has red streaks in her hair and two nose piercings.
