A Dutchess County man who sold fentanyl and loaded guns from his home while on federal supervision will spend over a decade in prison, officials announced.
Poughkeepsie resident Joseph Crocco, 49, was sentenced Tuesday, March 17, in federal court after being convicted at trial in June 2025, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Prosecutors said Crocco ran a drug and gun operation out of his Poughkeepsie residence between June and July 2024.
