Law Firm Founder Killed In Gore Mountain Skiing Accident Colleagues and loved ones are mourning the loss of a prominent attorney and businessman following his untimely death in a skiing accident in the Adirondacks. Kevin Colwell, founder and CEO of the Albany-based Colwell Law Group, died at the Gore Mountain ski resort on Saturday, Feb. 8, the firm said in a statement.
