Nassau County Woman Still Missing, Second LI Resident Located Hours After Alert Issued

One of two Long Island women who were reported missing within hours of each other has been located.
Susan Blackmore, age 68, of South Farmingdale, had last been seen leaving her Plitt Avenue residence at around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4.
On Thursday afternoon, Dec. 5, Blackmore's sister confirmed that she had been located and was safe. No other details were given.
Nassau County Police are still asking for help in locating Madeline Garone, age 95, who was last seen in East Meadow at around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3.

A Long Island man who was reported missing has been located.
Dominick Yannotto, age 81, of South Setauket, had last been seen leaving his Hart Lane residence at around 6 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to a Silver Alert issued by the Suffolk County Police.
On Friday, Nov. 15, police announced that Yannotto was located and was unharmed. No other details were given.

A teenager from Long Island has been located 10 days after his disappearance.
Jared Schwerdt, age 19, had last been seen leaving his Levittown residence on a blue-and-white bicycle Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 5:40 p.m., according to Nassau County Police.
On Friday morning, Nov. 8, police announced that he has been found.

Authorities are asking for help in locating two Long Island teenagers who have been missing for several days.
Josselin Ordonez-Sanchez, age 15, and Meylin Garcia-Alvarado, age 17, both of Riverhead, were reported missing, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse.
Ordonez-Sanchez was last seen on Thursday, Oct. 10. She was wearing a blue skirt, pink jacket, green shoes, and carrying a pink backpack. Her hair is dyed dark red.
