A Hudson Valley man has been accused of driving recklessly on Long Island. It’s now been over a month since relatives last saw these Long Island teenagers. Authorities in Suffolk County are asking for help in locating Celina Hernandez, age 17, of Copiague, and Sincere Brown, age 16, of Riverhead.
