Jhonatan Fuentes, age 29, of East Meadow, was arrested Friday, Oct. 11, after an investigation revealed he was in possession of child pornography, Nassau County Police said.
He was charged with ten counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child under 16 and was released with an appearance ticket to Nassau County Court.
The arrest came months after Fuentes was accused of luring a 9-year-old girl toward his van, which had been parked outside her East Meadow residence, and exposing himself to the child on Wednesday, June 12.
The girl reported the incident to her father, who called the police.
Fuentes was arrested three days later on suspicion of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
