The incident happened in Plainview, at a residence on Grohmans Lane, at around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 8. Nypd Officer From Hudson Valley Accused Of Covering Up DWI A New York Police Department (NYPD) deputy inspector has been indicted for allegedly covering up a drunk driving incident of himself and his girlfriend. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L.
