Dealer Nabbed After Overdoses, Complaints From Residents In Region: Police Following a day of recent drug overdoses in the region, a drug task force nabbed a dealer who was allegedly selling fentanyl and crack cocaine. Dutchess County resident Leonardo De La Cruz, age 25, of Poughkeepsie was charged on Monday, Oct. 7, with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after complaints and tips from residents. Hudson Valley Fentanyl Dealer Busted By Drug Task Force, Police Say An alleged fentanyl dealer was busted by a drug task force after receiving resident complaints and recent overdoses in the region. Orange County resident Jermaine Boykin, age 46, of Newburgh, was arrested on Tuesday, June 4, in Dutchess County in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt.
