Easter Attack: Man Tries Stabbing Victim's Neck, Head In Dutchess County, Nysp Says A man is behind bars after allegedly attacking a woman with a knife during a violent dispute in Dutchess County on Easter, police said. The incident happened on Sunday, April 20 in Wappinger, where troopers responded to a home after receiving a report of a domestic disturbance involving a weapon, New York State Police announced on Monday, April 21.  According to investigators, 38-year-old Ismael Quiles of Wappinger Falls struck the victim in the face and then lunged at her with a knife, aiming at her neck and head.
