New Hudson Valley Eatery Serves Up Modern American Fare  A Hudson Valley cafe that opened a little over a year ago has become a beloved neighborhood destination, according to foodies and casual diners.  The Four Star Cafe in Rockland County, in Congers, is known for its small plates, pizzas, good food, and stiff drinks. Ulster County's Stone House Tavern, located in the hamlet of Accord, has garnered a five-star rating on Yelp.
