Update: Woman Stabbed Man Found Dead On Capital Region Roadway, Police Say A woman has been charged in connection with the death of a man who was found lying on a roadway in the region. Emergency crews in Albany were called about someone lying in the roadway near the intersection of Commerce Avenue and North Manning Boulevard shortly after 5 a.m. Monday, July 29.
