Southern State Hit-Run: Local Man Charged With DUI After Crashing Into Cruisers In Suffolk A man faces a driving under the influence charge after police say his Toyota RAV4 struck two New York State Police vehicles on Long Island. The crash occurred just after midnight on Saturday, Nov. 16 on the eastbound lanes of the Southern State Parkway near exits 39 and 40S in Babylon.
