Hudson Valley Woman Fleeing Traffic Stop Nabbed By Deputies, Police Say A 55-year-old Hudson Valley woman is facing multiple misdemeanor charges after allegedly fleeing a traffic stop and leading deputies on a pursuit through Ulster County. Dawn Snyder, of Accord, was charged with multiple misdemeanor infractions, including unlawful fleeing of a police officer and resisting arrest on Sunday, Jan. 5, on Main Street in Stone Ridge. 4 Capital Region Officers Injured In Crash, 2 Exposed To Cocaine Four Capital Region police officers were injured in a crash, and two others were exposed to cocaine.  The incident occurred in Albany at around 3:40 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the area of Madison Avenue and Quail Street.
