Popular Farm-To-Table Restaurant Going Strong In Region
A successful farm-to-table restaurant set on a county-owned Hudson Valley farm brought back from disrepair is still impressing patrons more than half a decade after opening. Tilly's Table, located in the Putnam County village of Brewster on the Tilly Foster Farm at 100 Route 312, opened in June 2017 and is still going strong more than seven years later.
