Man Accused Of Stealing, Using Credit Cards In String Of Vehicle Break-Ins In Capital Region A 34-year-old Albany man is facing numerous charges after being linked to a string of vehicle break-ins and stolen credit card use in the Capital Region, police said. The investigation into the incidents began on Friday, Dec. 13, when several vehicle break-ins were reported in the Rensselaer County town of Sand Lake, New York State Police announced on Thursday, Dec. 26.  Police found that various items, including credit cards, had been stolen.
