A former Northern Westchester town employee has admitted to allowing a business owner to illegally dump unauthorized material at an environmentally fragile facility in exchange for cash bribes, federal officials announced. A former police officer at several municipalities in Westchester and Dutchess counties has received his sentence for killing four men in the Hudson Valley over missing drug money.
