2 Store Clerks Accused Of Selling Alcohol To Minors During Riverhead Compliance Check Two Long Island businesses were cited for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. Compliance checks were conducted at 19 retail vendors throughout the Town of Riverhead on Tuesday, Aug. 20. The operation targeted the sale of alcohol products to patrons under the age of 21. The following vendors were found not to comply: Mobil, 3705 Middle Country Road, Calverton Shell, 626 W. Teen Suspect Nabbed After Armed Robbery At Mobil Station In Hicksville A teenage suspect has been apprehended after an armed robbery at a Long Island gas station. The suspect walked into the Mobil located in Hicksville at 285 North Broadway at about 3:40and approached the 56-year-old male cashier, Nassau County Police said. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money.  The victim, fearing for his life, complied and gave the subject approximately $900.  The subject then fled the gas station on foot.  Officers located the teen a short time later on Bay Avenue and as officers were attempting to place 18-year-old Angel Echeverria…
