Drunk Driver Nabbed For Hit-Run Hudson Valley Crash, Police Say A Hudson Valley woman was charged with alleged DWI at more than twice the legal limit when police responded to a hit-and-run crash. The incident occurred in Rockland County around 9:15 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 11, on South Little Tor Road in New City. According to Clarkstown Police, the crash involved a blue Jeep Wrangler that sideswiped another vehicle while turning onto South Little Tor Rd. and continued driving. Hudson Valley Spa Shut Down For Prostitution, 1 Charged, Police Say One person was charged with alleged prostitution during an undercover operation at a Hudson Valley spa. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Wednesday,  July 17, at the Angel Spa in Pearl River. According to Capt. Michael Shannon of the Orangetown Police the department conducted a joint operation with the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office Narcotics Task Force after receiving allegations of prostitution and unlicensed massages at the spa.
