Capital Region Man Nabbed With Child Pornography, Police Say A Capital Region man is behind bars after being nabbed with child pornography following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Rensselaer County resident Brayden P. Ayer, age 20, of Castleton on Hudson, was charged on Friday, Sept. 27, for promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
