Winter Weather Advisory In Effect For Parts Of Region: Projected Snowfall Totals A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for portions of the region as the backend of a complex storm system will combine with a drop in temperatures, bringing a mix of rain, sleet, and snow. The advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 until 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22.
