Roommate Charged With Murders Of USF Doctoral Students Arrested After SWAT Standoff
A 26-year-old man has been charged with murder after a missing University of South Florida student was found dead and another remains unlocated, authorities said.
Hisham Abugharbieh, 26, is facing two counts of first-degree premeditated murder in the deaths of Zamil Limon, 27, and Nahida Bristy, 27, according to an update released Saturday, April 25.
Limon, a graduate student at USF, was found deceased following a multi-day search, while Bristy has not yet been located, authorities said.

Police are searching for two missing upstate New York teens who were last seen together and are believed to possibly be traveling out of state toward Pennsylvania.
Sierra L. Foley of Sauquoit, 15, and Paige E. Roberts of Marcy, 16, were last seen on the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 21, at Sierra’s residence in Oneida County, New York State Police said on Thursday, Oct. 23.
Investigators believe the pair may be traveling toward New York City or Pennsylvania in an unknown vehicle.

Long Island Teen Located After Four Months; Another 15-Year-Old With Same Name Still Missing
A Long Island teen who vanished in East Garden City in May has been found safe, Nassau County Police announced on Friday, Sept. 12.
Julian Carbajal, 15, was last seen around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, shortly after 14-year-old Gabriella Panameno-Marinero went missing in Uniondale, according to police.
Carbajal is 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds, with brown curly hair and blue eyes. He had last been seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and white sneakers, detectives said.

15-Year-Old Resident Fled Christian Youth Facility In Riverhead, Police Say
Authorities are asking for help in locating a teenage resident who ran away from a Christian youth facility on Long Island.
Julian Carbajal, 15, ran away from Timothy Hill Ranch in Riverhead around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 10, according to the Riverhead Town Police Department.
Carbajal is 5-foot-7 and 158 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black t-shirt, black zippered hooded sweatshirt, and black boots.
No foul play is suspected, police said.

Riverhead Teens Have Been Missing Nearly A Week
Authorities are asking for help in locating two Long Island teenagers who have been missing nearly a week.
Destini Graham, 16, and Shawn Smith, 15, were last seen on Thursday, Sept. 4, in Riverhead, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse.
Destini was wearing a beige colored sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and pink shoes. Shawn had on a navy blue hooded sweatshirt, olive sweatpants, and black sneakers.
Both teens are believed to be in the Riverhead area, police said.

Two Queens residents are accused of conspiring to steal nearly $3 million from the bank accounts of a Long Island couple who vanished months ago.
Yinye “Roy” Wang of College Point and Roslyn, and Qiuju Wu, of Flushing, are charged with conspiring to defraud a financial institution, according to an indictment unsealed in Brooklyn federal court on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
