NY EMT Plates Revoked For Swastika-Covered Cadillac Driver, DMV Confirms New York’s DMV has revoked specialty EMT license plates from a Cadillac plastered with swastikas and antisemitic graffiti that was seen parked on a North Jersey street last month.
