Antwane Lee, 31, of Bay Shore, has been charged with second-degree murder in the Sunday, March 30 incident that left Justin Evans dead at the apartments on Pondview Drive in East Patchogue, Suffolk County police said. 22-Year-Old Stabbed To Death At East Patchogue Apartment Complex A 22-year-old man was stabbed to death during a fight at a Long Island apartment complex. Officers responded to the Heatherwood apartments in East Patchogue, located just steps from NYU Langone Hospital, for a fight at around 8 p.m. Sunday, March 30. Once on scene, they located Justin Evans suffering from a stab wound to his neck, according to Suffolk County Police. Evans, of Bay Shore, was driven by private vehicle to NYU Langone, where he was pronounced dead, police said. No suspects had been arrested as of Monday afternoon, March 31. Teen Stabbed Breaking Up Fight Outside Mall In Suffolk A teenager was injured in a stabbing during a fight outside a Long Island mall. Suffolk County Police said the incident occurred just before 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, on the sidewalk outside the food court at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove.  A 16-year-old boy was stabbed while trying to break up a dispute involving a small group of people. The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.  Another 16-year-old boy sustained minor injuries during the altercation and was also transported to a hospital for treatment. 6 Nabbed After Fight Breaks Out Near Hofstra University In Uniondale A group of men were all arrested after at least two people were stabbed or slashed when a fight broke out near a college. It happened in Uniondale on Wednesday, June 19, according to Nassau County Police. At around 4:20 p.m. that day, an altercation occurred between two men outside of 1000 Hempstead Turnpike, on the outskirts of the Hofstra University campus.
