Man From Region Admits Sex Abuse Of Child Under 11, Faces 18 Years In Prison, DA Says A 73-year-old man has pleaded guilty to sex abuse of a child under the age of 11 for several years. Orange County resident Allan Bressler of Pine Bush made his plea in court on Thursday, Oct. 3, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Man Took 5-Year-Old To VA, Upstate NY For Sex: Usdoj A 54-year-old Pennsylvania man has been sentenced after admitting to taking a 5-year-old girl for sex in Virginia and New York, the US Department of Justice announced on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  John Oathout, of Harrisburg, PA, was sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Brenda K. Man From Region Accused Of Sexually Abusing Young Child For Years A Hudson Valley man has been remanded to jail in connection with an ongoing sexual abuse investigation. Dutchess County resident Michael Tyndale, age 52, of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 19, in Poughkeepsie. According to Poughkeepsie Police, Tyndale allegedly sexually abused a victim beginning at the age of 10 for four years. Tyndale was charged with predatory sexual assault and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail. The investigation continues. Hudson Valley Man Charged With Rape Of Teenager, Police Say A 41-year-old man has been charged with rape and sexual abuse of a teen in the region. Ulster County resident Stephen E. Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Dog In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley man is facing charges after police say they received a complaint that he was having sexual contact with a dog. Late in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 12, in Ulster County, police arrested Michael J. Cook, age 39, of Saugerties. As a result of an ensuing investigation following the complaint, Cook was charged with sexual abuse and criminal mischief.   Cook was processed at the Saugerties Police Department, arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court, and released on his own recognizance to reappear in court later.
