Justin Timberlake Admits Driving While Impaired In NY Justin Timberlake formally accepted a plea deal in his alleged drunk driving case in New York. The former NSYNC frontman, age 43, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of driving while ability impaired in Sag Harbor Village court on Friday, Sept. 13. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine and complete 25 hours of community service within a year. He also agreed to make a public safety announcement about the dangers of drinking and driving. Albany County resident Michael Cooper, age 33, of Cohoes, was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal mischief Thursday, July 11. Cohoes Police said officers were called to the city’s fire department on Central Avenue shortly after 6 p.m. that evening for vandalism to a fire truck. The vehicle’s windshield had been shattered by a rock, leaving nearly $1,500 in damage. Investigators identified Cooper as the suspected perpetrator and arrested him a short time later.
